Mr Loh Kim Kang David is the Chairman and Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of the Manager.

Mr Loh has over 20 years of experience in the investment and brokerage industry. He joined CCL in May 2015 as a Non-Executive Director and has been serving as an Executive Director and Joint Chairman since March 2021. He is responsible for formulating the corporate and business strategies of the CCL and leads the execution of strategic growth plans of CCL and its subsidiaries. Prior to that, he served various directorship roles in UOB Kay Hian Pte Ltd and Kay Hian Pte Ltd and was also the Managing Director of Kay Hian Overseas Securities Ltd. Mr Loh was also previously a Dealing Director at OUB Securities Pte Ltd and a Dealing Director at Ong & Company Pte Ltd.

Mr Loh currently holds several directorships in companies including in the Sponsor, CGL and Centurion Management and Consultancy Services Pte. Ltd.

Mr Loh holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Oregon, United States.

Mr Tan Kok Hwee is the Lead Independent Non-Executive Director of the Manager.

Mr Tan has extensive experience in real estate financing in relation to large corporations and real estate developers. He began his career at Overseas Union Bank in May 1983 as a trainee officer and progressively advanced to the role of Senior Vice President. He then served as an Executive Director in United Overseas Bank, after the acquisition of Overseas Union Bank by United Overseas Bank.

Mr Tan also currently holds directorships in investment holding companies, Hong Fok Corporation Limited and KSH Holdings Limited.

Mr Tan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore.

Mr Choy Bing Choong is the Independent Non-Executive Director of the Manager.

Mr Choy joined Natural Cool Holdings Limited in July 2014 as the Chief Investment Officer, he now serves as an Executive Director and chairs the board of Natural Cool Holdings Limited. He began his career as a Graduate Accountant at Touche Ross & Co, before moving on to Sidi, Chen & Associates where he worked as a Senior Analyst. He subsequently worked at KBL & Associates and BM San Group of Companies as a Principal Representative, Envoi Impex Pte Ltd as a Controller (Finance & International Operations) and Kim Seng Heng Engineering Construction (Pte) Ltd as the Finance & Admin Manager. He then worked as a Financial Controller in Iworld Networking (Pacific) Pte Ltd, a Corporate Finance Manager in Rajah & Tann LLP, and a Director, Corporate Finance in CIMB Bank Berhad.

Mr Choy also currently holds directorships in Futura Innovation Pte. Ltd., Hiap Tong Corporation Ltd., iFocus Pte Ltd, and Vent Investments Pte. Ltd.

Mr Choy is a Fellow Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and a Senior Accredited Director awarded by the Singapore Institute of Directors. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the National University of Singapore, a Post Graduate Diploma in Strategic Human Capital Management from SHRI Academy and has also completed the INSEAD Coaching Certificate Programme.

Mr Cheam Heng Haw is the Independent Non-Executive Director of the Manager.

Mr Cheam was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore and obtained a Certificate of Postgraduate Practical Course in law from the Board of Legal Education in 2001. He began his legal career in Harry Elias Partnership, where he worked as a litigation Associate from June 2001 to February 2004. He then joined Rajah and Tann LLP as an Associate in the Capital Markets/ Mergers & Acquisitions department and was eventually appointed as a Partner of the firm in January 2008 and he holds this position to date. Mr Cheam has extensive experience in corporate law, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and brings such expertise to his role.

Mr Cheam currently holds directorships in several companies including GDS Global Limited, Aedge Group Limited and Santak Holdings Limited.

Mr Cheam holds a Bachelor of Laws from King's College London, United Kingdom.

Mr Wong Kok Hoe is the Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of the Manager.

Mr Wong has been an Executive Director and Deputy Chairman of CCL since November 2019 and is responsible for overseeing CCL and its subsidiaries' operations. Prior to that, Mr Wong was a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of CCL from August 2011 to November 2019.

Mr Wong was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court in Singapore in 1990 and had an extensive legal career. He began his legal career in Drew and Napier in January 1990 and left as a Partner in May 1996. He then served as a Partner at Yeo Wee Kiong & Partners before moving to Rajah & Tann LLP where he served the roles of Co-Head of Corporate & Capital Markets, Executive Committee Partner and Consultant.

Mr Wong currently holds the position as an Executive Director of several other companies, such as the Sponsor, CGL and CPPL.

Mr Wong holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree from the National University of Singapore.
