The sponsor, Centurion Corporation Limited ("CCL"), is a leading Singapore-headquartered specialised accommodation provider listed on the SGX-ST (SGX: OU8). The Sponsor and its subsidiaries ("The Group") own, develop and manage quality purpose-built workers accommodation ("PBWA") assets in Singapore, Malaysia and China, and purpose-built student accommodation ("PBSA") assets in the United Kingdom, Australia, the United States and China.

The Group owns and manages a strong portfolio of 37 operational accommodation assets totalling 70,291 beds as of 30 June 2025. CCL's PBWA assets are managed under the "Westlite" brand, while its PBSA assets are managed under the "Dwell" brand and the "EPIISOD" brand. The Sponsor also manages one build-to-rent asset in China.
