
FIRST PURE-PLAY PURPOSE-BUILT LIVING ACCOMMODATION REIT LISTED ON THE SGX-ST
Centurion Accommodation REIT ("CAREIT") is a real estate investment trust ("REIT") established with the principal investment strategy of investing in a portfolio of real estate assets used primarily for purpose-built workers accommodation ("PBWA") purposes, purpose-built student accommodation ("PBSA") purposes or other accommodation purposes globally (excluding Malaysia), as well as real estate-related assets.
The REIT is managed by Centurion Asset Management Pte. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Singapore-listed Centurion Corporation Limited, a leading specialised accommodation provider.
CAREIT provides access to two resilient asset classes within the living accommodation space across three attractive markets globally.
The Initial Portfolio of CAREIT comprises 14 assets, with five PBWA assets located in Singapore, eight PBSA assets located in the United Kingdom, and one PBSA asset located in Australia. Upon completion of the acquisition of EPIISOD Macquarie Park, a PSBA asset located in Australia, the Enlarged Portfolio, comprising the Initial Portfolio and EPIISOD Macquarie Park, will comprise 15 properties.
The REIT's PBWA assets are operated under the "Westlite" brand and are strategically located near industrial hubs. These assets feature attractive amenities and integrate technology and innovation, to provide a clean, safe and conducive living environment for residents.
The REIT's PBSA assets are operated under the "Dwell" and EPIISOD" brands. The "EPIISOD" brand was newly launched in July 2025 to cover the premium PBSA segment. The assets are in vibrant districts within walking distances from city centres and campuses and feature a range of facilities and activities aligned with students' needs and academic lifestyles.
