Contractually, the TOP is to be obtained by December 2025, but the Manager expects that the TOP will be obtained by October 2025.
There are also plans to redevelop three of the existing blocks by demolishing them and constructing a new mega block in their place (the “Westlite Toh Guan Phase 2 Relevant Works”).
